Managing Director of Caraballo Accounting, has over fifteen years of experience in the Business, Accounting, and Auditing fields. Caraballo is a current member of The Massachusetts Society of CPAs, The Massachusetts Association of Accountants, and a Certified Acceptance Agent CAA authorized by the IRS.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Auditing, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Human Resources. Caraballo also has many Certifications as Certificate of Financial Facilitator & Training Methodology Based on Labor Competency Standards. Caraballo has also planned and executed financial audits with Crowe Horwath and BDO, both Top 20 Accounting Firms in The World.

Operations Director of Caraballo Accounting has over ten years of experience working with the minority business community within the business operation & governmental relations administration. Marmolejos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Global Business from Rutgers Business School.
Marmolejos’ background at the Small Business Development Center SBDC and the NJ Statewide Hispanic Chamber of commerce (along with many other business entities, organizations, and nonprofits) gives her the experience to help businesses exceed their goals.
